In its 114 year history Kidderminster Male Choir has never recorded a Christmas Album.
Well now they have!
Considering that Pete Waterman, the music producer, has joined the choir as President we thought we better get our fingers out.

Kidderminster Choir Invited to Sing at National Competition and Gala and Follow the Fab Four.

As a direct result of their award- winning performance at the Brighton International Male Choir Competition in 2017, Kidderminster Male Choir have been invited to perform in competition with nine of the UK’s most celebrated male choirs.

The competition and Gala Charity Concert is to take place over the weekend 27th April 2019.

KMC undertook a short concert tour to Bournemouth in 2018 and had the pleasure of singing with Bournemouth Male Voice Choir, the hosts of the April competition weekend.

A spokesman for KMC

‘We are highly delighted to be performing in this prestigious competition and Charity Gala Concert’

‘It is a huge honour to be invited to join such elite choirs and we are looking forward to renewing old acquaintances.

However, the Bournemouth weekend is only a part of the KMC 2019 story.

A number of concerts are already in place.

30th March 2019 will see the choir travelling to Tenbury Wells to perform at the famous Regal Cinema and theatre.

The Regal was one of the venues where four likely lads from Liverpool plied their trade before they hit the heady heights of becoming the world’s greatest pop group.

Some forty years later KMC are to follow John, Paul, George and Ringo on to that illustrious stage.
