Crowd applauding when choir enters hall

Latest Reviews

“One of the best concerts ever seen in our Town Hall was rewarded with a standing ovation. Not only were the men of our wonderful Kidderminster Male Choir in superlative form, but they were joined by a choir of girls from our Holy Trinity School, who were also excellent.

The men demonstrated their versatility with, as usual, a wide variety of songs – ancient and modern including my favourite – which sends a shiver down my spine every time – Bui Doi from Miss Saigon.

It was great to hear the girls choir singing tunes properly, with perfect diction, even in their very fast Rhythm of Life number. They also had some very talented soloist too.

The finale was both choirs taking the stage for Bring Him Home and Do You Hear The People Sing. The latter having to be encored by audience demand and their standing ovation. It is a wonder the Town Hall roof was still in place after the volume created in that last number.

“Spring Concert 2012

We are just coming down to earth after Kidderminster Male Choirs wonderful concert. The Boys in Red were fantastic and their guests, the young ladies were a special extra.

The programme was again varied to suit all tastes and a great balance between fun and serious. The changes of atmosphere was mirrored by the choir and their joy of singing was so apparent.

We are looking forward to the concert at our local Wollaston Free Church on Friday May 18th when there will be a larger contingent from Hagley.”
